One doctor, every city

Every city listed above is served in exactly the same way: a phone or video consultation with Dr. Mahboob Ahmad, MBBS, FCPS (Medicine), between 9 AM and 11 PM, all seven days. A patient in Quetta gets the same consultant, the same depth of report review, and the same written plan as a patient in Lahore or Karachi. There is no travel, no queue outside a room, and no difference in what the consultation includes. You send your reports on WhatsApp, a time is agreed, and the doctor calls you where you are.

That matters most in the cities where specialist access is hardest. Seeing a consultant physician should not depend on whether one happens to practise near your home, and with an online practice, it doesn't.

What the city guides actually contain

The medicine on every city page is the same, because good diabetes care does not change at a city boundary. What changes is the context: the food culture, the routines, and the practical realities of managing sugar in that city. The guides exist so you can see how the same clinical approach fits where you actually live, not to suggest that Karachi diabetes and Peshawar diabetes are different diseases.

Outside the listed cities, or outside Pakistan

The list above covers the largest cities, but patients consult from every district of Pakistan, from small towns to villages, on exactly the same terms. The same is true for overseas Pakistanis: patients in the Gulf and the UK consult regularly, in Urdu, Punjabi, or English, at times that work across time zones.
